About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Taipei, Taiwan. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to align cross-functional teams and keep each project moving forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at Kontron Asia Technology, your daily responsibilities will include:

Developing detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and developing effective solutions.

Coordinating team members from different departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Managing resources (personnel, materials, and budgets) to support timely project completion.

Conducting risk analysis and control measures to mitigate project delays or bottlenecks.

Ensuring clear communication among stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Reporting project status updates to management and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Maintaining high standards of quality control and documentation across all project phases.
Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in the technology or manufacturing industry.

Language Skills:

Fluent in Chinese and English (verbal and written).

Technical & Professional Skills:

Strong planning, coordination, and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, or similar frameworks).

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Additional Requirements:

Must be based in Taipei or surrounding areas with a valid work permit.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
