Freshco Retail Maintenace is seeking for project support specialist to join their team in Burlington, ON, Canada. The ideal candidate must have ability to support project managers and project coodinators with various administrative tasks to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively staying on time and on budget. This is fresh level full-time role. For this position salary range from $50,000-$60,000 per year.
Qualifications for Project Support Specialist:
- Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in administrative by supporting a team of 5-10.
- Experience in database management and construction management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks siultaneously while handling with shifting priorities.
- Participates in personal development coaching and skill development in senior management, negotiations advanced industry knowledge.
Responsibilities for Project Support Specialist:
- Candidate must have ability to coordinate needed documentation for client and landlord complaince.
- Ability to support project managers and project coordinators with various administrative tasks to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
- Capability to create, manage and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and complance with company policies and procedure.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as directed by project manager.
- Maintain and update project database, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible to team members.
