Te Whatu Ora are seeking for Psychologist to join their team at persistent pain service in Dunedin Hospital, New Zealand. The persistent pain service operate a multidisciplinary outpatient service. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and experienced in working with complex needs clients and able to demonstrate excellent assessments and therapy skills. It must have experience with clients with physical health problems and using acceptance and commitment therapy. For this position, candidate must hold a master’s degree along with a post graduate diploma in clinical psychology. This fixed term position offers a competitive salary range $92,370 per year. Candidate have ability to work 20 hours per week within the Psychologist – persistent pain service department.
Qualifications for Psychologist-Persistent Pain Service:
- Candidate must hold a master’s degree along with a post-graduate diploma in clinical psychology.
- It must be registered psychologist with the New Zealand psychologists board.
- It must hold current annual practicing certificate.
