Registered Nurse- Fracture Clinic Job In New Zealand

Te Whatu Ora are seeking for Registered Nurse – Fracture Clinic to join their team in Dunedin hospital, New Zealand. At Te Whatu Ora Southern, ideal candidate is committed to achieving excellent clinical and commercial outcomes based on quality service delivery. Dunedin hospital provide high quality care across wards in fracture clinic. This role involve assisting with patient procedures, plastering, admin ,pre-paring for outpatient appointments and pre-paring for impending surgical intervention. This full-time position offers a salary range $79,304 to 103,630 per year. Applicants must hold current New Zealand registration and posses strong communication skills to communicate with patients and their families. It must have ability to quickly develop a rapport with patients and their family.

Qualifications for Registered nurse – fracture clinic:

  • Candidate must be actively registered with New Zealand and APC.
  • It must have ability to work independently or within multidisciplinary team environment.
  • It must have orthopaedic nursing experience.
  • Excellent assessment skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities for Registered nurse – fracture clinic:

  • Candidate is responsible for assessing the health needs of patients.
  • It has ability to developing, implementing and evaluating an integrated plan of healthcare.
  • It provide interventions that require scientific and professional knowledge, skills and clinical decision- making.
  • Ability to helping patients improve mobility and functionality.
