Hospice southland is seeking for registered nurse to join their team at Invercargill in New Zealand. Southland is the specialist palliative care delivering high-quality care within the hospital setting.  The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm for providing exceptional care and possess the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support patients and their families. For this part-time position, require the capability to work full day within the integrated procedure unit. It must be current registration as a nurse holding a valid New Zealand annual practicing certificate.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse:

• Candidate must be completion of a nursing program leading to a diploma.
• It must have bachelor’s degree in nursing(BSN).
• Proficiency in performing nursing assessments to provide treatment and managing patients care.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities for Registered nurse:

• Candidate is responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Ability to monitor and manage symptoms related to the patient’s illness.
