Responsibilities of Senior Farm Worker:
- Operating large machinery for tasks like preparing land, seeding, spraying, and harvesting crops (experience with self-propelled sprayers is often preferred).
- Performing general farm maintenance, including some mechanical servicing and workshop duties.
- Depending on the farm, you might also assist with livestock tasks.
Requirements for Senior Farm Worker:
- Experience as a farm worker, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Some positions may require a current chemical accreditation and a Heavy Combination (HC) license for operating machinery.
- The ability to work long hours and in various weather conditions is essential.
