JDT Engineering solutions PTE. LTD is actively seeking for senior HR manager to join our dedicated team in Cental Region, Singapore. This is fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $120,000-$180,000 per year. The ideal candidate must have ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and company culture, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.

Responsibilities for Senior HR Manager:

• Candidate must have ability to lead the recruitment process for all levels and ensuring that we attract top talent for both office and site-based roles.
• Ability to foster a positive and safe work environment by addressing employees concerns and resolving conflicts, particularly in a high-pressure construction setting.
• Develop and maintain effective performance management systems including regular reviews, goals-setting and feedback mechanisms to drive employees are well-prepared to meet the demands of their roles.

Qualifications for Senior HR Manager:

• Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in Human resources and business administration.
• Must have 3-5 years of progressive HR management experience within the construction industry.
• Ability to develop a srong understandings of labor laws, employment standards and safety regulations.
• Experience in conflict resolution, performance management and workforce planning.
