About THE ROLE

Our Community Support Workers have the rewarding role of caring for people in their homes. Your day-to-day workload will be varied, from providing personal care (showering, dressing), meal preparation and domestic duties, to social support, shopping assistance and transport. Those that have a passion for helping people will thrive in this role.

We are currently seeking Community Support Workers for Kalgoorlie location. This is a casual position, roster are between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Essential Criteria

The successful candidate will possess the following criteria:

• Willing to provide assistance with activities of daily living for clients (eg. showering, feeding, cleaning etc.)
• Able to provide pet care (taking dogs for walks, feeding dogs & cats)
• Current Australian Drivers license
• Access to a reliable car
• Fully comprehensive vehicle insurance and valid car registration
• National Police Certificate no older than 6 months (or be willing to obtain this)
• Be prepared to undertake a pre-employment physical assessment
