MaintainX is currently seeking for system support specialist to join their team in Toronto, ON, Canada. The ideal candidate must have ability to respond promotly and accurately to customer support inquiries. MaintainX is the world’s leading mobile-first workflow management platform for industrial and frontline workers. This is fresh level full-time role. For this position, salary range from $45,000-$85,000 per year.

Qualifications for System Support Specialist:

• Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in providing customer support or onboarding for a software product.
• It must have BA/BSC/BEng degree or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and clien satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities for System Support Specialist:

• Candidate must have ability to respond promotly and accurately to customer support inquiries.
• Ability to triage, document and escalate product bugs via jira to engineering and product.
• Create self-service knowledge base articles and saved replies based on frequently asked questions.
• Experience in handling and dealing with large and strategic focused accounts.
