Levno is seeking for technical production manager to join their team in Palmerston North, Manawatu-Whanganui, New Zealand. The ideal candidate must have ability to develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with business goals. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $70,000-$90,000 per year. Applicants must hold bachelor’s degree in Engineering and product management.

Qualifications for Technical Production Manager:

• Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing and production management.
• It must have 5-6 years of experience in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of production technologies and processes specific to the industry.
• Ability to manage projects including planning, executive and monitoring.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities for Technical Production Manager:

• Candidate must have ability to manage and supervise all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ability to develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure that materials, equipment, and labour are used efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Manage and lead production teams, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
