The Role
As part of our dynamic Consultancy Services team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a wide range of traffic engineering projects, covering design, traffic modelling, on-site Surveys, validation and commissioning. From bids and tenders to project management and customer support, you’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle. Your role will involve close collaboration with different teams and customers, requiring strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities. If you’re passionate about traffic engineering and want to make a positive impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Required Experience:
- Knowledge of Traffic signal design fundamentals and UK standards/specifications
- Understanding of traffic engineering software, including AutoCAD
- Familiarity with traffic signal products and industry systems such as UTC or UTMC
- Practical experience with adaptive control strategies like SCOOT or MOVA
- Experience with Factory and Site Acceptance Testing
