The ideal candidate must have ability to assist with the coordination of the seed sales product development program. Candidate is responsible for prepare detailed reports and presentations on trial outcomes for stakeholders including regulatory bodies, clients and internal terms.
Qualifications for Trials Coordinator:
- Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agronomy and horticulture.
- Previous experience in conducting field trials.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in using data analysis software and tools.
- Good communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities for Trials Coordinator:
- Candidate must have ability to design, plan, and oversee field trials for agricultural products, ensuring they meet scientific and regulatory standards.
- Collect, manage, and analyse trial data to evaluate the efficacy and safety of products.
- Ensure all trials comply with relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate trial equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
