Big Chill Distribution
We are looking for an experienced Class 5 Driver based in Putaruru to join our team. Ideally you will have at least 6 months’ experience driving Class 5 as you will be working with chilled and frozen goods. You will also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as you’ll be the face of Big Chill out on the roads. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.
Key responsibilities
- Delivery and pick up of chilled and frozen products across the greater Waikato region
- Providing assistance to the Stores team to present product for loading/unloading
- Collaborating with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries
- Compliance in delivery times and temperature control of customer goods
About You
- Based in Petaurus area or flexible to travel there for early starts
- Qualified Class 5 driver with at least 6 months’ experience
- Experience working in refrigerated environments is a plus
- Demonstrable organizational and time management abilities
