Responsibilities of Ward Clerk:

  • Greeting patients and visitors and providing assistance as needed
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
  • Maintaining patient records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers of patients
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies

Requirements for Ward Clerk:
