Coca-Cola europacific partners is currently seeking warehouse coordinators to join their team in Mount Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand. The candidate will be responsible for utilizing system tools, coordinating with all site teams, maintaining reporting structures and monitoring workflow to contribute to key business objectives. Responsibilities for Warehouse Coordinator:

  • Candidate is responsible for scheduling all loads to meet customer requirements and maintain a smooth workflow/product flow throughout the distribution centre.
  • Utilizing system tools effectively to optimize load scheduling and distribution processes.
  • Collaborating closely with all site teams to coordinate activities and ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintaining reporting structures to track and analyse key performance metrics related to load scheduling and workflow.
  • Monitoring workflow throughout the distribution centre to identify any bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implementing solutions to address them.

Qualifications for Warehouse Coordinator:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with knowledge of load scheduling and distribution processes preferred.
  • Proficiency in using system tools and software applications related to load scheduling and inventory management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
