Responsibilities of New 2024 Job:
- Deliver welcoming, attentive service, answering questions on menu.
- Make recommendations, upsell based on preferences.
- Input orders accurately; communicate with kitchen staff.
- Prepare and deliver checks; process payments.
- Perform tableside wine, food preparations elegantly.
- Maintain cleanliness of stations, dining areas
- Assist with setups for functions, group events.
- Attend pre-shift meetings, trainings, staff meals.
- Comply with appearance standards per handbook.
- Adhere to all safety, Service Excellence principles.
Requirements for New 2024 Job:
- Serving It Right Certificate
- Previous experience in a similar role and a passion for providing outstanding customer service are essential.
- Restaurant service experience preferred.
- Wine knowledge an asset.
- Upbeat personality with passion for hospitality
- Polished presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working on feet for long periods
- Responsible, guest-centric team player
- Open availability – able to work variable shifts.
