Shop Supervisor Job In New Zealand

Otago community hospice seeking for shop supervisor to join their team in Dunedin, New Zealand. To support the hospice shop manager(HSM) with the overall shop performance to achieve turnover and surplus objectives. For this position, ideal candidate have ability to generate income that will contribute to the running costs of the Otago community hospice allowing to be provided free to charge to the patients and families with in the hospital. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range $54,236 – $55,863 per year. Candidate have ability to work 8 hours per week with in the hospital. For this position, candidate must have bachelor’s degree in business administration and financial management within the retail volunteers department.

Qualification for Shop Supervisor:

• Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in business administration and financial management.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• To support for achieving the shop surplus in the hospice shop manager (HSM).
• To promote awareness of hospice care in the community and foster good public relations.

Responsibilities for Shop Supervisor:

• Candidate is responsible for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to supervise the sorting and pricing items for sale, delegating and training others.
• It ensure that donated goods are clean, well presented and priced accordingly to maximize their potential returns.
• It is responsible to support the hospice shop manager with arranging the collection of donated goods.
