Te Whatu Ora are seeking an administrator-support network to join their team in Bay of Plenty and Lake districts, New Zealand. As a part of administrator support network, provide a needs assessment and service coordination services (NASC) for individuals with disabilities and older adults. The dynamic role entitle a wide array of administrative responsibilities, adaptability to diverse challenges. Candidate must demonstrate experience in a hospital environment and posses strong data entry skills. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent customer service and communication abilities, coupled with a collaborative team spirit. This position requires candidates to hold a high school diploma, offering a salary range of $65,627 to $74,510 per year for full-time permanent employment (Monday to Friday). Responsibilities for Administrator-Support Network:

  • The candidate must be capable of performing general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling mail.
  • Ability to maintain and update office records and databases accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • The candidate must providing excellent customer service to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness in interactions whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests for information.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Be adaptable to new challenges and tasks as they arise and problem-solving skills to address issues and find solutions effectively.

Qualifications for Administrator-Support Network:

  • Candidate have high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional education in office administration, business administration.
  • It must have experience in administrative role with data entry, record-keeping, and customer service is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • It has strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently and prioritizing work effectively.
  • Excellent time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines and respond promptly to requests.
