Category Advisor at a glance…

 

Reporting into the Associate Director- Customer Insights and Category Management, the Category Advisor will be responsible for leading business analysis and insight development against top categories to drive Kraft Heinz products and customer volume and profit growth. In this role, you will be a proactive member of the Customer Business Teams with shared accountability for business results.

  •  Coordinating sales information applications and business insight development training
  • Leading analytic support for sales planning and continually working to improve the value of business, building insights to the business teams
  • Building best in class planograms and designing the perfect shelf in collaboration with our customers
  • Provide strategic direction to the Customer Business Teams to drive sales of KraftHeinz products
  • Build strong external relationships and leverage internal stakeholders to move agenda forward

  • I have proven category management experience
  • I have a thorough working knowledge of Nielsen data (MarketTrack, Homescan, Price & Promo, Assortman) and external POS systems (IRI, LDIA, SBS Commerce, RetailLink), Consumer & Customer data (Nielsen Homescan, U&A, NPD, Kantar), and loyalty card information (IRI, dunnhumby, Aztec, LDIA)
  • I have planogram experience using various software solutions (JDA)
  • I am a relationship manager with strong interpersonal skills
  • I have a strong ability to utilize best practices and analysis tools to focus in on desired results
  • I have in-depth knowledge of customers as well as buying dynamics and motivations of their shoppers
  • I have strong analytical skills; ability to deal with a high level of ambiguity when it comes to deciding the best analytical approach for desired results.
  • I am proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • I am detail oriented with the ability to thrive in fast paced environment
  • I have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Company Car provided!
