District Nurse Job In New Zealand

Te Whatu Ora are currently seeking for district nurse to join their team in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. The ideal candidate have ability to work in partnership with clients to promote healthcare and prevent disease to maintain wellness. It have ability to provide nursing care to referred client in the community. The mid-north district nursing team work across four offices in Kawakawa, Kerikeri, Kaeo and Kaikohe, and visit patients in their homes and in clinic. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range is $50,000 to 80,000 per year. For this position, candidate must be registered nurse with a current practicing certificate. It is responsible to provide high-quality care in various healthcare.

Qualifications for District Nurse:

• Candidate must be a registered nurse with a current practicing certificate.
• It must have minimum one year post basic experience.
• It must have high school diploma.
• Ability to practice in a culturally safe manner.
• Strong computer skills including M.s Office to maintain the patients records.

Responsibilities for District Nurse:

• Candidate is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patient in various healthcare.
• Ability to assess patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
