The ideal candidate have ability to assist with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Candidate have ability to ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of guest information. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range $20 – $25 per hour. Applicant must have high school diploma and have a previous experience in customer service.

Qualifications for Guest Services Associate:

• Candidate must have high school diploma.
• It must have previous experience in customer service and hotel management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English knowledge of other languages can be an asset.

Responsibilities for Guest Services Associate:

• Candidate is responsible to assist with the check-in and check-out process and ensure a smooth and effective experience.
• It must have ability to provide high level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Maintain the front desk area ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Communicate with other departments including housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, to fulfil guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
