With a focus on maintaining our resilience and protecting the global enterprise from cybersecurity threats, we operate an advanced cybersecurity threat and vulnerability management program that is focused on delivering systematic testing, identification, analysis and eradication of cybersecurity vulnerabilities across the global enterprise. In support of the rapid growth of this critical program, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and highly-organized vulnerability management leader that will drive operational delivery excellence and continuous advancement across program capabilities, people, processes and technologies.

What’s on the menu?

• Work in unison with senior leadership to manage the enterprise Vulnerability Management function
• Continuously evaluate and advance program capabilities for highly-effective identification, detection and positive remediation of cybersecurity vulnerabilities across the enterprise.
• Define metrics and consistently measure, monitor and improve program processes for efficacy, performance and accuracy.
• Lead documentation, cross-training and cross-functional delivery efforts to maintain consistent baseline of knowledge, expertise and experience among all team members.
• Build and actively maintain close stakeholder relationships across global geographies and lines of business.
• Establish common level of understanding of cybersecurity threats, weaknesses and vulnerabilities across business and technical audiences.
• Drive bias for action through effective translation of findings into measurable risk, and resolution into measurable risk reduction.
• Coordinate, manage and lead execution of security testing, validation, prioritization, reporting and tracking activities across enterprise applications, infrastructure and data.

• I possess knowledge, expertise and experience with:
• enterprise information technology governance, architecture, engineering, and operational functions and processes;
• enterprise IT platforms and services;
• security controls and frameworks;
• security testing and vulnerability management approaches, methodologies and frameworks;
• vulnerability and weakness classifications, categorization and ranking using industry-standard nomenclatures;
• common security attack tactics, techniques and processes;
• integration of security controls and considerations within system and software development lifecycles;
