Location: Camillus, NY 13031
Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Overtime Available
Key Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble and fabricate products to exact specifications.
- Contribute to an efficient assembly line, maintaining workflow and adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Keep the manufacturing facility clean and organized for optimal productivity.
- Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies used during production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Operate forklifts (as needed) to move materials within the warehouse.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions for accurate component assembly.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
