You as a Superintendent will:

• EllisDon ensures comprehensive construction management for large, complex projects, encompassing design, budgeting, and scheduling. Working closely with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers. and Architects our focus is to deliver projects within budget and on schedule,
• Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing progression.
• Mentor project team members to ensure career growth and development.
• Be jointly responsible to monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports.

Is this the right role for you?

• You have a construction related degree and 6 to 8 years of construction experience
• or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience working on large commercial/civil projects
• You have an advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings.
• You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes
